CANCELLATION POLICY

 At Oxford Facial Company, your appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

• A credit card is required at the time of booking.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
